Frequently asked

The questions people ask before they buy.

How thick can the letters be?

Flat-cut from 3mm up to 30mm acrylic; built-up letters in any material from 25mm to 100mm depth depending on the substrate.

Stand-off or flush?

Either. Stand-off (locator pins, 15–25mm off the wall) is the modern reception look. Flush gives a flatter, more retail-shopfit feel. We supply a fitting template either way.

Can you do illuminated cut letters?

Yes — halo-lit (back-illuminated against the wall) or face-lit (LEDs behind a translucent acrylic face). Halo-lit is the more architectural look; face-lit is brighter for retail.
