Who qualifies as a trade partner?
Other sign companies, fit-out contractors, exhibition builders, vehicle dealerships and shopfit firms. We verify every account on Companies House before issuing trade pricing — that's why the form asks for a Company name and VAT or Company Reg number.
How is white-label delivery handled?
Plain external packaging, no Glamorgan paperwork, no logos on cartons. Delivery notes carry your company name (or no company name at all). We have a courier account that will drop directly to your client's site if you want hands-off install.
What is the non-compete guarantee?
In writing, before the first job ships: we will not solicit, contact or quote for any end client introduced to us through your account. If a client we have manufactured for via you ever calls us direct, we route them back to you.
Can we get drawings, mockups and proofs as part of the trade rate?
Yes. Trade pricing includes one round of CAD drawings and a visual proof on each job. Additional revision rounds are billed at our standard design hourly rate (£55+VAT/hr) — same rate we charge ourselves.
What lead times can we count on?
Aluminium trays and built-up letters: 7–10 working days from artwork sign-off. LED neon: 10 working days. Vehicle wraps: scheduled by install bay availability — usually 2–3 weeks out. We confirm a date before we take the deposit.
Is there a minimum order value?
No formal minimum, but trade pricing is sharpest on jobs of £400+VAT and above. Below that, our retail rate is usually the cleaner number for everyone.
