Indoor only, or outdoor too?
Both. Indoor neon uses a clear acrylic backing and a UK 3-pin plug — drop-shipped anywhere in the UK. Outdoor neon is IP67-rated, hard-wired by an electrician, and we can install locally or supply with installation guidance.
How much power does it use?
Far less than glass neon. A typical 1m bar runs on around 30W — same as a household LED bulb. Annual running cost on full-time use is roughly £25.
Can you copy my logo exactly?
Yes — send a vector (PDF, AI or SVG) and we'll trace the bend lines from it. We can also re-draw from a hand sketch or a photograph if vectors aren't available.
How long does it take?
Two weeks from design sign-off to dispatch. Wedding and event neon we can priority-make in 7–10 days if needed — phone us to confirm capacity.
