How quickly can you turn a project around?
Most stand-alone shop signs go from brief to install in 2–3 weeks. Vehicle wraps typically take 5 working days from artwork sign-off, with a single day in our heated install bay. Larger multi-site rollouts run on a project plan we agree up-front. We will always tell you a realistic date, not a hopeful one.
Do you do everything in-house?
Yes. Design, CNC cutting, vinyl printing, neon bending, vehicle wrapping and install — all from our 8,000 sq ft South Wales workshop. Nothing is sub-contracted out. That's why our quality is consistent and our lead times are short.
Do you only work in Swansea?
Our home is South Wales — Swansea, Cardiff, Bridgend, Newport, Carmarthenshire, the Vale. We deliver wider than that for fleet rollouts, multi-site retail, and any project that justifies the travel. Bespoke neon ships UK-wide.
Do you handle planning permission?
For shop fascia signs in conservation areas or listed buildings, we prepare an Advertisement Consent application and submit it on your behalf. Most high-street signs do not require permission, but we always check at the survey stage.
Can I see proofs before you make anything?
Always. Every project gets photo-realistic CAD visuals before fabrication, applied to a photograph of your actual building or vehicle. Nothing is cut, printed or wrapped until you sign off the proofs.
What happens if my sign is damaged after install?
All our work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty. Premium wrap films carry a 7-year materials warranty. If you knock something, we will quote a repair the same day — and we keep the original CAD files so any panel can be re-made identically.
