The challenge
Pizza Hut's 2024 brand refresh required compliant signage across four South Wales sites with no two layouts the same — and a strict franchise template that left no margin for interpretation.
Our approach
Pre-survey CAD packs for every site, signed off by franchise before fabrication. All units built in parallel to identical spec. Phased install, two sites per week, finishing in evening hours so trading days were unaffected.
The outcome
All four sites delivered to franchise spec, on time, on budget. Glamorgan is now on the QSR rollout panel for a further three brands.
